Question: How do I order online?
Answer: You can place an order via this site by making your selections and using the 'Add to Cart' buttons. Upon checkout of your shopping cart, enter your delivery details to complete your order and select a payment option.

Question: Is my transaction secure?
Answer: Yes. When placing an order, your details are collected by a secure server using 128-bit SSL encryption, which means all of your personal information is encrypted to protect your details from fraud.

Question: Is my personal information kept private?
Answer: Yes. Any information we collect from you is for the sole purpose of processing your order and will not be sold, exchanged, or otherwise disclosed to anyone unless required by law.

Question: How do I pay for my order?
Answer: The default payment option is by credit card. All prices shown are in AUD$ (Australian Dollars). We accept Visa or MasterCard. Your card will be charged upon order processing. We do not store credit card details. Australian customers can also opt to pay via cheque, money order or electronic deposit if they prefer. Please contact us for details.

Please note that prices for all goods/postage are in Australian dollars.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal service for either local or international customers. If you need your order for a specific date or day then please contact us directly to arrange a courier service.

Question: What do I do if I am unhappy with my order?
Answer: If you are not satisfied with a product when your order arrives, please notify us within 5 days and we will send details of how to return your goods.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please obtain proof of postage.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for an exchange to be processed. Please ship items and receipt to:
